“This is not the first time Pakistan has attacked India… our people are brave. They (Pakistan) think they can break the morale of Indians, especially the people of Jammu and Kashmir — that is wrong,” he stated.

He added that the public is standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the armed forces. “People are standing with the Indian armed forces bravely,” the Deputy CM remarked.

Sending a clear warning across the border, he said, “Pakistan will get a befitting reply.”

Urging citizens to maintain unity during these tense times, Choudhary appealed, “I appeal to people to keep up the brotherhood.”

The visit came amid repeated ceasefire violations and infiltration attempts, prompting increased surveillance and security measures across the region. Choudhary’s presence aimed to reassure the public and reinforce the administration’s commitment to civilian safety and regional peace. (JKNS)
