Jammu: The JKBOSE has successfully conducted the annual examinations for 10th, 11th and 12th classes, which were spread over 3600 centres across the Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Union territories. In all, over 3.6 lakh students took the exam at the designated centres set up in both soft and hard zones.
The JKBOSE has expressed gratitude to the School Education, Police, District Administration and Postal Departments for extending their whole-hearted support in conducting fair, smooth and transparent examinations across all districts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
The evaluation process has already started with an efficient system put in place to ensure fair checking of the papers in a time bound manner. The BOSE looks forward to the compilation and declaration of timely results in adherence to set protocol.
In the meantime, the Board is in the process of verifying records of internal assessments from affiliated institutions and the concerned school managements have been advised to ensure submission of authentic records of the students to curb the incidence of commission of minor mistakes.
