A group of aggrieved Commuters told news agency JKNS that after reaching Srinagar, the train is often halted for long durations without any explanation, leading to delays in reaching workplaces and educational institutions.

They said this train is essential for hundreds of people who rely on it daily.

“The repeated delays are creating unnecessary stress and disruption in our schedules,” one commuter said, urging authorities to take immediate corrective steps.

Passengers have appealed to railway authorities and government officials to ensure the train runs on time.

Despite repeated attempts to contact concerned officials for comment, calls and messages went unanswered. (JKNS)
