Elderly man dies after being hit by a vehicle in Anantnag

Srinagar,:- An elderly man lost his life after being hit by an unknown vehicle in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday.

An official told news agency JKNS that an unknown vehicle hit a man at Khanabal Anantnag who received critical injuries in the incident

He said that man identified as Bashir Ah Khan son of Ab Ahad Khan resident of Nandpora Anantnag was rushed to GMC Anantnag for initial treatment where doctors declared him dead.

The vehicle fled from the spot, however, Anantnag police took cognizance of incident and started investigation in this regard.—(JKNS)
