IGP Kashmir directed officers to strengthen territorial control, intensify area domination exercises and night patrolling, and enhance intelligence coordination to counter potential threats. He also emphasized the need for efficient policing at Police Stations and Sub-Divisions, ensuring better record-keeping and high-quality investigations with consistent follow-ups at the trial level.
