Jammu:- A soldier was injured in a gunfire along LoC in Akhnoor area of Jammu on Friday evening.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that an army personnel was injured by gunfire along the Line of Control in Akhnoor sector.
They said that the soldier manning a forward post in Battal area was shot from across the border.
He has been evacuated to the hospital and is responding well to treatment, they said.—(JKNS)
