Bandipora: Sopore and Sumbal Police, along with Revenue officials attached the property in connection with a case registered under UAPA, Arms Act, and Explosive Substances Act in Nowgam Sumbal.
An official told news agency JKNS that, Police Station Sopore, along with the concerned Revenue officials and Police Sumbal attached the property of Imtiyaz Ahmad Khan Son of Gh Ahmad, resident of Barbar Shah, Srinagar.
The property was attached in connection with rhe case of FIR No. 307/23 under sections 13, 18, 18-B, 19, 20, 23, 38, and 39 of the UA (P) A Act, sections 7/25 of the Arms Act, and sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act of PS Sopore, he said.
The attached property includes 2 Kanals of land under survey No. 529/1 Min at Gounchipora Rakh Sultanpora Nowgam Sumbal, along with a poultry farm, official added. (JKNS)
