Srinagar: A minor was injured in a leopard attack in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Sunday evening.
An official told news agency JKNS that a leopard attacked and injured Yasir Khan son of Taj Mohd Khan,aged about 8 years resident of Dadoo Bijbehara and left him injured.
He said Yasir was evacuated to SDH Bijbehara for treatment where from he was referred to GMC Anantnag for advanced treatment.
Locals have demanded the attention of the wild life department in this regard.—(JKNS)
