Srinagar: On eve of Republic Day-2025, in order to express solidarity and perceive the well-being of the families of Police Martyrs, Police in Shopian visited families of Police Martyrs and distributed bakery, sweets as a heartfelt gesture of solidarity and compassion.
SSP Shopian Anayat Ali Chowdhary accompanied by Addl. SP Shopian and DySP OPS Keller visited the families of Police martyrs and jurisdictional officers also visited in their respective jurisdictions. The purpose of these visits was to express unwavering support, understand the well-being of the families, and pay tribute to the courageous sacrifices made by their loved ones in the pursuit of peace and the integrity of the Nation. As a mark of respect and appreciation, Police distributed bakery and sweets to the families of the Police martyrs on Republic Day symbolizing the bond of shared sacrifice and solidarity. The thoughtful gesture was aimed to bring moments of joy and warmth to these extraordinary families during the national event.
