Srinagar: An earthquake of magnitude 3.4 struck the Kishtwar district of Jammu on saturday evening, with tremors felt in several parts of Jammu and Kashmir, including Srinagar.

According to official detailsavailable with news agency JKNS, the earthquake of Magnitude 3.4 occurred at 7:34 PM with its epicenter in Kishtwar located at latitude 33.81°N and longitude 75.52°E. The quake had a depth of 10 kilometers beneath the surface.
