Approval of Aid for Fire Victims in Gabra Karnah,

Karnah: Government assistance of ₹2 lakh per family has been approved for the fire victims of Gabdori Gabra. Additionally, the victims of the fire incident in Ebkot will also receive compensation promptly.

MLA Karnah, Javed Ahmed Mirchal, stated in a statement that the Omar Abdullah government is taking all possible steps to address the issues and difficulties faced by the people. Mirchal expressed his happiness that Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and his government have approved ₹2 lakh for each affected family in Gabdori Gabra.

He said, “I had made a promise to the people and have personally been following up on this case.” He further added that, unfortunately, on October 28, 2024, residential houses in Gabdori were gutted in a fire. Since then, he has been personally pursuing the matter, and finally, the relief amount has been approved for the victims.

On his Twitter handle, Javed Mirchal also mentioned that relief for the fire victims of Ebkot will be approved very soon.
