Srinagar: Qazi Irfan (JKAS) has officially taken over as the new Regional Transport Officer (RTO) of Kashmir on December 11, today.
“Following his assumption of office, Qazi Irfan chaired an introductory meeting with employees, reviewing the overall functioning of the office,” the details available with the news agency JKNS reads. It reads as he highlighted the significance of teamwork and cooperation in ensuring effective public service delivery.
