Satish Sharma holds virtual Public Darbar for public of Khour

Srinagar : Reflecting the commitment of Omar Abdullah led government’s reach to people and address their issues, Minister for Transport, FCS&CA, Youth Services and Sports, Information Technology, Science & Technology, ARI and Trainings, Satish Sharma on Saturday held a virtual public darbar to listen the grievances and issues of locals of Khour area.
During the virtual public darbar, the people apprised the Minister about their issues regarding poor water and electricity supply, upgrading of link roads, updation of ration cards, road connectivity and other issues of public importance.
The Minister gave on spot directions to the officers to resolve the genuine issues of the people and directed them to work with utmost zeal to provide better facilities to the people at their doorsteps.
During the darbar, the Minister remarked that our government is committed to address the genuine issues and problems of people as this government is peoples government. He assured the locals that their genuine issues and problems will be redressed promptly.
This virtual public darbar is one of its kind which plays important role of bridge between public and government and also provide onspot redressal mechanism to address people’s genuine issues.
