JKSSB recruitment Exam: DC Rajouri asks observers to ensure strict adherence to SOPs

Rajouri : Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma, Saturday chaired a meeting with observers deployed at various examination centers for the JKSSB Constable (Telecommunication) recruitment exam, scheduled to be held on December 8, 2024. The meeting aimed to ensure smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of the examination across the district.
The DC emphasized strict adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) laid down by JKSSB and issued specific directions to the observers, including ensuring the prompt receipt of sensitive exam materials and reporting the same without delay, Conducting meticulous supervision of all examination activities, including candidate frisking at entry gates.
Furthermore, he directed to ensure the installation of clear signage for candidate guidance and allowing only permissible items as per examination guidelines & timely compilation and submission of reports on the number of candidates appearing at each center.
To ensure seamless coordination, ADDC Rajouri, Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, has been appointed as the General Observer for the examination. ACR Rajouri, Mohd Jahangir Khan, will set up a dedicated control room at the district level to oversee proper coordination and reporting during the examination process.
The DC reiterated the administration’s commitment to ensuring a fair examination process and directed all officials to perform their duties with utmost diligence and integrity. He also emphasized the importance of vigilance to prevent any malpractice and ensure a conducive environment for the candidates.
The meeting concluded with the DC urging all stakeholders to work in a coordinated manner to uphold the sanctity of the examination process.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, ACR Mohd Jahangir Khan, SDM Thanamandi Abid Hussain, DSEO Sandeep Kumar, and all observers deployed across various examination centers.
