Srinagar: Police in Kulgam along with geology and mining department have seized 05 vehicles & arrested 06 persons.

The joint teams of Police alongwith Geology and Minig Department have seized 05 vehicles (02 Tractors, 02 Tippers and 01 JCB) involved in illegal extraction & transportation of minerals from river Vaishow and other Nallahs.

People are requested to come forward or Dial-112 regarding any information about illegal extraction of minerals. Police warns stringent action as per law against those whosoever found involved in such activities.
