This hybrid voting process allowed members across different regions to participate, ensuring a democratic and inclusive election. The organization’s affiliates, spanning continents, cast their votes in support of their preferred candidates, reflecting AIKS’s global reach and influence.

In a press statement following his win, Pandita expressed his heartfelt thanks to the entire Kashmiri Samaj community for entrusting him with the leadership. He acknowledged the responsibilities that come with this role and pledged to work diligently to address the needs and concerns of the Kashmiri diaspora. “I am honored by this opportunity to serve and lead our community, and I look forward to working with all of you to further strengthen our organization,” Pandita stated.

AIKS members are hopeful that under Pandita’s leadership, the organization will continue to thrive and expand its reach, advocating for the welfare and unity of the Kashmiri community across the globe.
