The visit, just ahead of Diwali, held added significance. Diyas were lit by Shri Indresh Kumar at the Dargah to honor the timeless values of goodwill, unity, and the triumph of light over darkness. This act represents not only the essence of Diwali but also Kashmir Sewa Sangh’s commitment to fostering a spirit of harmony and brotherhood across communities, particularly in Jammu and Kashmir.

While paying homage, Firdous Baba offered prayers for lasting peace, prosperity, and brotherhood in J&K, expressing a vision of a united Kashmir where every community thrives together. “Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya’s teachings of love and compassion inspire us to move forward together, overcoming barriers and building a society that reflects unity,” he shared.

Shri Indresh Kumar emphasized the power of shared traditions in creating lasting bonds. “As we approach Diwali, a festival symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, our lighting of diyas here at the Dargah is a reminder of the unity we seek to foster in our society. It reflects the spirit of togetherness that transcends all divisions,” he said.

Kashmir Sewa Sangh remains dedicated to promoting peace, tolerance, and inclusivity throughout the region. The organization encourages communities to celebrate the upcoming Diwali festival with a renewed commitment to these values.
