Outlining a transformative vision, Mirchal emphasized his dedication to delivering real benefits for the community and fostering sustainable development for the region.

Mirchal announced plans to open guest house facilities at Chowkibal and Sadhna Top during winter, offering vital accommodation options managed by the Forest Department. Addressing healthcare gaps, he highlighted significant upgrades in Tangdar Health Block, including expanding hospital capacity from 30 to 100 beds, canceling unnecessary staff attachments, and allocating paramedical staff across local health centers.

Mirchal also committed to resolving Sadpora’s water supply issue, revisiting his previous efforts with renewed strategies to ensure steady access for residents. Closing his address, he extended gratitude to the media, referring to it as the “fourth pillar of democracy” for its role in amplifying community issues.

The MLA’s comprehensive approach has brought hope to Karnah, with the community anticipating meaningful advancements in health, education, and infrastructure under his leadership.
