The situation prompted Javaid Ahmad Mirchal, MLA of Karnah, to intervene and raise the issue with senior district and power department officials.
In a crucial meeting with the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Kupwara and the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) of the Power Department, Mr. Mirchal conveyed the frustrations of the people, highlighting the severe impact of the power outages on daily life.
