BANDIPORA, OCTOBER 11: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri today convened a meeting of the District Level Committee to discuss Change of Land Use (CLU) cases within the district.

During the meeting, two CLU cases were presented for review.

After threadbare discussions, the committee approved both the cases.

The DC stressed the importance of adhering to established guidelines and policies while evaluating CLU applications.

He directed the concerned to ensure the timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to applicants, after proper verification of all documents.

He emphasised diligence and transparency in the processing of CLU cases to uphold the integrity of the change of land use policy.

Among others, Additional Deputy Commissioner Zaffar Husson Shawl, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Shabir Ahmad Wani, and other concerned officers were present besides Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sumbal Murtaza Ahmad Sheikh and other concerned officers from Sumbal Sub division participated virtually.
