Poonch, Oct 5: In a tragic incident, Police Head Constable Kashmir Singh has passed away due to a cardiac arrest while on duty in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir. Sources indicate that the 45-year-old officer, who resided in Nowshera, collapsed shortly after arriving at the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) headquarters early Saturday morning.
