The visit was aimed at assessing the ongoing preparations and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place for the event.
During the visit, the DC directed concerned officers to ensure the provision of essential amenities such as clean drinking water, uninterrupted electricity and sanitation facilities at the shrine.
The DC emphasized the need for setting up adequate drinking water stations around the shrine to cater to the expected large number of devotees, ensuring that clean water is available throughout the celebrations.
Reviewing the arrangements for electricity, the DC stressed that there must be a continuous power supply during the celebrations, particularly for night prayers and gatherings. Backup power systems were also discussed to avoid any disruption during the event.
