Kupwara Youth Injured After Falling from Mountain During Photography in Khanmoh

Srinagar: A 23-year-old youth from north Kashmir’s Kupwara sustained head injuries after falling from a mountain slope while taking photographs in the Khanmoh area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday.

An official told news agency JKNS that the injured individual, identified as Mohammad Altaf Khan, resident of Kupwara, was brought to SMHS Hospital Srinagar with a head injury.

He said the incident took place while the youth was reportedly engaged in photography when he slipped and fell. “His condition is currently stable and he is undergoing treatment,” the official added. (JKNS)
