Mild Earthquake of Magnitude 3.6 Jolts Jammu Region

Srinagar, June 28 (JKNS): A mild earthquake measuring 3.6 on the Richter scale struck the Jammu region of Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday evening.

Details available with news agency JKNS stated as per the National Centre for Seismology, the tremor occurred at 7:36 PM IST, with its epicentre located at latitude 32.96°N and longitude 74.71°E, at a depth of 9 kilometres.
