Power Disruption in Anantnag After CT Blast at Wanpoh Grid

Anantnag, June 21 (JKNS): A blast occurred in the CT of the 132kV side at Wanpoh Grid Station tonight, causing significant disruption to the power supply across Anantnag and its surrounding areas.

Details available with news agency JKNS stated that the firefighters were immediately called to the scene and are engaged in efforts to manage the situation. According to official reports, the 132kV incoming bay CT at the Wanpoh grid has been severely damaged, affecting areas including Anantnag town, Ashajipora, Qazigund, Khudwani, Kamad, and Mominabad.
