Ten Injured as Tavera Crash at Jablipora Bijbehara

Anantnag, Jun 15 (JKNS): Ten persons sustained injuries in a road accident that occurred during the intervening night near Fruit Mandi Jablipora along the National Highway in Bijbehara area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

An offical told news agency news agency JKNS, a Tavera vehicle bearing registration number JK14B-9328 collided with a divider, resulting in serious injuries to all passengers on board.

The injured were initially shifted to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Bijbehara for preliminary treatment and were later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag. All injured persons are in stable condition, he said.

Police have taken cognizance of the accident and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
