“We are planning targeted campaigns and activities to increase tourist footfall and showcase Kashmir as a safe and vibrant destination,” said Dr. Sajid Saiyed, Chairperson of Bharat CSR Network.

Mohammad Shafi Wagnoo, Convener of the Eco Tourism Society of Kashmir, said, “We are confident that this partnership will play a vital role in promoting tourism in the region, especially responsible and eco-friendly tourism practices.”

The MOU comes at a time when the region is seeking to recover from a slowdown in tourist arrivals and aims to offer a structured approach to tourism that aligns with ecological and cultural sensitivities.
