DC inspects road widening work on National Highway at Pul Doda

DODA: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harvinder Singh today inspected the ongoing road cutting and widening works along the Batote-Kishtwar National Highway at Pul Doda.

During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed key stretches of the highway and directed the concerned departments and executing agencies to speed up the construction process. He stressed the need for timely completion of the retaining wall and other essential parts of the road project.

DC Harvinder Singh highlighted the importance of maintaining safety and ensuring high-quality work. He also interacted with field officers and workers, listening to the issues they are facing in the course of project implementation.

The Deputy Commissioner assured that the district administration would provide all necessary support to resolve any obstacles. He also called for better coordination among all departments involved to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure smooth progress of the project.
