Woman Dies of Electrocution in Noorbagh Srinagar

Srinagar: A woman died after suffering a severe electric shock while washing clothes using an electric boiler at her residence in Pamposh Colony, Palpora Noorbagh area of Srinagar on Monday.

Official sources told the news agency JKNS that the woman, identified as Fazi Banoo, wife of Abdul Ahad Kumar, resident of Pamposh Colony, was doing laundry when she accidentally came in contact with an electric boiler. The contact resulted in an electric shock followed by burn injuries.
