Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday released a collection of Hindi poetry “Rubaroo” penned by Late Ramesh Arora.
The Lieutenant Governor paid homage to former MLC and senior BJP Leader Ramesh Arora and recalled his contribution to the literary world.Family members of Ramesh Arora were also present on the occasion at Raj Bhavan.
