Srinagar: During the recently executed Operation Sindoor, India showcased its advanced military prowess by deploying cutting-edge artillery, air defense systems, and precision strike technology to counter and neutralize cross-border threats originating from Pakistan. The operation was launched as a direct response to terror provocations and resulted in significant damage to terror infrastructure across the border.
Ceasefire Holds But Army Remains Vigilant While the ceasefire understanding between India and Pakistan remains intact post the exchange of fire, the Indian Army has not lowered its guard. Senior military officials in forward areas reiterated that Bharat remains “vigilant, ready, and prepared” for any escalation attempts. Troops along the Line of Control continue to monitor movement with enhanced surveillance and readiness.
Drone Threats Neutralized by Akashteer System In a striking revelation, sources told JKNS that nearly a thousand drones attempted to infiltrate from the Pakistani side. Each of these aerial threats was effectively shot down using India’s Akashteer anti-drone defense system. “This is the capability of India’s air defense,” a defence source remarked.
JKNS, Daily Gadyal Team Visit Forward Areas A combined team of Daily Gadyal and JKNS visited the forward posts to assess the post-operation scenario. Troops stationed near the LoC demonstrated high morale and operational readiness, asserting that any misadventure would be met with a strong and swift response.
No Room for Complacency, Say Officials Security experts emphasize that while diplomatic channels remain open, India cannot afford complacency. “Operation Sindoor was just a message that India has the will and the means to retaliate decisively,” an official told JKNS—(JKNS)
