BALAKOTE: With an aim to improve rural connectivity, Minister for Jal Shakti, Javed Rana today kick-started the blacktopping of road from MRL-08 Harni to BG Road, Balakote.
The road will benefit locals residents and adjoining villages and bring much-needed connectivity to these habitations.
Speaking on the occasion, Rana congratulated people and reiterated the commitment of the Omar Abdullah led government for it’s unwavering commitment to the development of rural infrastructure.
“Our government is committed to improve the rural infrastructure and fostering the overall regional development. We will ensure that the benefits of progress reach every corner of Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
The road will significantly improve access for the people living in these isolated areas.
Rana further said that these projects are expected to boost last-mile connectivity, transforming the quality of life in underserved areas.
