Budgam: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Budgam unit organized a massive Tiranga rally today, marching from the War Memorial to the main bus stand in Budgam, celebrating the success of Operation Sindoor and hailing the Indian Army’s strong action against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
The rally as per news agency JKNS saw warm participation from BJP workers and supporters, who waved the national flag and raised patriotic slogans, including Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram. The event was held to express solidarity with the armed forces and to send a strong message against cross-border terrorism.
Senior BJP leader Dr Ali Mohammad said the Indian Army for its decisive actions in Operation Sindoor, which reportedly targeted terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC).
“Pakistan has been continuously trying to destabilize peace in Jammu and Kashmir, but under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, our armed forces have given a fitting reply,” said a BJP senior leader. “Operation Sindoor is another example of India’s zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. We stand firmly with our soldiers.”
“The rally is a tribute to our brave soldiers who protect the nation. Pakistan must understand that any attempt to disrupt peace in Kashmir will be met with a strong response,” he added. (JKNS)
