BGSBU Postpones Intermediate Exams Until Vacation

Terminal Exams to Begin from May 21 instead of May 19

Rajouri, May 15 (JKNS): The Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) has postponed intermediate semester and year-end examinations until the completion of summer vacations, while terminal semester and final year exams will now begin from May 21 instead of the earlier scheduled May 19.

According to the revised schedule a copy of which lies with the news agency JKNS, all Terminal Semester and Final Year examinations originally set to begin from May 19 will now commence from May 21, 2025. Fresh date sheets for these exams will be separately notified by the concerned Principals, HoDs, Directors, and Coordinators to ensure timely dissemination of information to the students.

Meanwhile, examinations for all Intermediate Semesters and Year University courses have also been deferred and will now be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the Summer Vacations 2025. The authorities concerned have been asked to notify the revised schedule in advance to facilitate smooth conduct of the examinations.

The notification further states that in cases where the course work of intermediate classes is yet to be completed, respective teaching departments must arrange extra classes through blended mode before the start of the vacations. (JKNS)
