Kathua, April 29 (JKNS): A mortar shell was discovered in Agli Dhar village of the Ramkot area in Kathua district on Tuesday, officials said.

Officials told the news agency JKNS that the villagers reportedly found the shell in the fields and immediately alerted authorities.
