DIC Kulgam organises Awareness programme under RAMP

Kulgam: District Industries Centre (DIC) Kulgam under Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Kashmir conducted awareness cum outreach programme under RAMP (Raising and Accelerating of MSME Performance) at Conference Hall of Mini-Secretariat Kulgam.
Officers from line departments viz. Lead District Manager Kulgam, District Agriculture Officer Kulgam, District Officer NRLM Kulgam, District Nodal Officer, EDI Kulgam, District Manager, SICOP Kulgam, District Coordinator, CSC Kulgam, representatives from Handicrafts/Handloom and Cooperatives Department, IPOs and other officials of DIC Kulgam were present in the programme.
115 beneficiaries from various departments, viz. Handicrafts/ Handloom, NRLM, Cooperatives, EDI, Agriculture, CSC operators, Khidmat centre operators and industrial unit holders of DIC Kulgam attended the programme.
In the inaugural address, General Manager DIC Kulgam, Dr. Bashir Ahmad Lone sensitized the participants and other stakeholders about the importance and vibrancy of Udyam Registration for taking their business and industrial establishments to new heights in collaboration with the Government and the flagship schemes run by it.
The process flow and benefits under Udyam Registration was explained to the participants through a detailed powerpoint presentation.
On the occasion, Lead District Manager Kulgam, District Officer Agriculture Kulgam, District Nodal Officer EDI Kulgam, District Coordinator CSC Kulgam also interacted with the participants regarding the benefits of registration.
