The inspection revealed that a significant number of teachers were absent from their duties without authorization, leaving students unattended and disrupting the academic environment.

The SFM noted in the letter that this absenteeism has triggered resentment among the parents, who are reportedly protesting the negligence by the teaching staff.

In view of the situation, the SFM has recommended strict disciplinary action under relevant rules against the absentee staff to ensure accountability and improve the education system in the area.

The list of absent teachers has been enclosed with the communiqué for necessary action by the concerned authorities. (JKNS)
