‘Say No to Drugs’: DIPR artists spread message through Cultural Prog in Jammu

Jammu: A Cultural Awareness Programme on “NashaMukt Bharat” (Say No to Drugs) was on Fridayorganised by the Cultural Unit, Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR) Jammu here at JDA Club Roopnagar. The event, hosted in collaboration with District Administration Jammu, aimed to spread awareness about the detrimental effects of drug abuse and encourage a drug-free society.
Artists of the Cultural Unit raise awareness through theme-based songs. The performers skillfully highlighted how drug addiction impacts individuals, families, and society at large.
SDPO Bakshi Nagar SatishBhardwaj and Tehsildar Jammu North Aman Kumar Anand shared their views and also made the audience aware of the topic. They appreciated the efforts of the Department of Information and Public Relations for organising the event to generate awareness for the audience.
The whole programme was conducted under the directions of Joint Director Information Jammu Atul Gupta and supervision of Cultural Office, Mukesh Kumar Sharma.
