Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Sumbal Road Accident, Referred to SKIMS

Bandipora: A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a road accident near a petrol pump Shilvat area of Sumbal town in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday morning.

Official sources told the news agency (JKNS) that an auto load carrier, driven by an unidentified driver, collided with the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was initially shifted to nearby hospital CHC Sumbal for treatment. Where from he was later referred to SKIMS Soura for advanced medical care.

Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident. (JKNS)
