SP City South Holds Darbar with Officers & Jawans Under ‘Jawan Se Awam Tak’

Jammu: Police in Jammu on Friday said that they are strengthening public service by fostering better communication and addressing the concerns of police personnel through interactive sessions.
In a statement issued from the District Police Office Jammu, Police said that under the ‘Jawan Se Awam Tak’ initiative, SP City South Jammu held a Darbar with the officers and Jawans of Sub Division East, Jammu at Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu. Organized by SDPO East, the session was attended by SHOs, ICPPs, and other officers and officials of the Sub Division. The Darbar provided a platform for Jawans to voice their grievances, discuss their wellbeing, and engage in an open dialogue with senior officers. SP City South acknowledged their dedication, encouraged them to maintain their commitment to public service, and emphasized key topics such as Implementation and understanding of New Criminal Laws, Efficient crime disposal and proactive policing, Strengthening beat patrolling and maintaining beat books, Enhancing technical knowledge, including the use of CCTNS, Preparing for the upcoming New Criminal Laws exam on March 23rd , Effective utilization of the e-Sakshya app and creation of SIDs and addressing welfare concerns, including family welfare, transfers, and leave . SP City South on this occasion reaffirmed Jammu Police’s commitment to ensuring public safety, maintaining law and order, and enhancing the morale of its personnel through continued engagement and welfare initiatives.
