Shopian: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Shishir Gupta today visited Alowpora Transit accommodation to assess the progress of the construction work of residential quarters for Migrant employees of the district.

During his visit,DC stressed the importance of completing the entire project within set specifications.

He also directed the concerned executing agency to expedite the construction process and adhere to established timelines of project completion.

During the inspection, DC reviewed various aspects of the ongoing work and interacted with the officials on-site to address any challenges hindering progress.

To ensure accountability and adherence to quality standards, the DC instructed the officers to conduct regular inspections and maintain strict supervision over the construction activities. He also emphasized the need for coordination among different departments to resolve any issues promptly and facilitate the smooth execution of the project.

ADDC, Dr. Nasir Ahmed Lone, ADC, Dr. Zakir Hussain Faaz, ACR, Shakoor Ahmad Dar and other officers and officials accompanied the DC
