Kulgam: A 35-year-old electrician, died while repairing an electricity line at his home in Audipora Qaimoh area of South Kashmir Kulgam district on Thursday evening.
An official told news agency JKNS that a 35-year-old electrician died of electric shock while repairing electric line at home.
He was identified as Sheraz Ahmad Naikoo, locals rushed him to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival, he said.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further proceedings have been initiated. (JKNS)
