Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on monday met union home minister Amit Shah in New Delhi.
Several issues concerning Jammu and Kashmir were discussed in his meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah.
Talking to reporters after the conclusion of the meeting, Omar Abdullah as per news agency JKNS said that whenever a meeting takes place regarding Jammu and Kashmir, there are many issues that need to be discussed.
“Discussed in detail matters with Home Minister Amit Shah, related to statehood, security, governance, and the upcoming budget session starting on March 3,” he added.
When asked about the INDIA Bloc, Omar said, “I won’t say anything. When the INDIA Bloc meeting is held, I will speak there. If I say something to the media now, it creates unnecessary controversy.” (JKNS)
