BJP Kashmir Commemorates Vajpayee’s Anniversary

Srinagar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kashmir unit commemorated the anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee by hosting a series of events to honor his lasting legacy. Participants reflected on Vajpayee’s leadership, emphasizing his remarkable ability to guide the nation through challenging times.

Ashok Koul, BJP General Secretary (Organization) for Jammu and Kashmir, highlighted Vajpayee’s profound connection with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

Koul further revealed that events celebrating Vajpayee would be organized throughout the year.

Senior leaders Ashraf Azad and Mushtaq Noorabadi shared personal recollections of their time with Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

During an address to party workers at S-1 Church Lane in Srinagar, both Senior Leaders Mushtaq Noorabadi and Ashraf Azad spoke of Atal Ji’s widespread admiration, noting that even his political opponents held him in high esteem.

Ashok Koul reaffirmed that the leadership and contributions of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji continue to inspire the nation, and the BJP is dedicated to promoting his ideals across Kashmir.

Future programs will feature public outreach, social initiatives, and heartfelt tributes to Vajpayee Ji’s pivotal role in nation-building.

The BJP leadership also reiterated its commitment to expanding its presence in Kashmir and serving the welfare of the people by upholding the principles of good governance and development set forth by Vajpayee Ji.

Senior Leaders Altaf Thakur, Mudasir Wani, Sajid Yousuf Shah, Sheikh Bashir, Salinder Singh, Showkat Gayoor, Program incharge Central Kashmir Khalid Baqaal, South Kashmir Incharge Abid Husain Nangroo, North Kashmir incharge Fida Hussain and Program Media Incharge Kashmir Showkat Shah were also present on the occasion.
