Pulwama Police implements community services as a form of punishment under new laws

Pulwama:- In a progressive step towards reformative justice, the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Pulwama, today imposed community service on two individuals as a form of punishment, under the newly enacted Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

The accused identified as: Mudasir Ahmad Lone S/o Gh Nabi Lone R/o Kakapora and Amir Ahmad Ellehi S/o Mohd Maqbool Ellehi R/o Okhoo Kakapora, were found causing a disturbance under the influence of alcohol near District Hospital Pulwama.
