Several projects coming up under PMJVK scheme in Rajouri, ADDC reviews progress of ongoing works

Rajouri : Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Rajouri Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa chaired a meeting to review the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) here in the Conference Hall of the DC office.
The meeting focused on assessing the progress of projects proposed by the Education, Health, Sports, PHE, and PDD departments.
During the meeting, the ADDC reviewed the number of projects for which Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) have been prepared and approved by the Block Development Committee (BDC). Emphasizing the need for expeditious implementation, he directed the concerned departments to submit all pending DPRs and ensure their approval at the BDC level within one week so that they can be further approved by the District Level Committee (DLC).
Furthermore, Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa underscored the importance of financial transparency and instructed officials to submit audited Utilization Certificates (UCs) at the earliest.
Among those present in the meeting were Chief Planning Officer Maqsood Ahmed, Chief Medical Officer Manohar Rana, Assistant Commissioner Development Vijay Kumar Verma, District Social Welfare Officer Abdul Raheem, Executive Engineer PHE Rajiv Khajuria, Executive Engineer PDD Abdul Rasheed, Administrative Officer GMC Adnan Rather, and other district and sectoral officers.
