Srinagar: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat has felicitated people on the auspicious occasion of Meraj Un Nabi(SAW).
Dr. Bilal in his message, stated that the holy night in which Almighty Allah gives us an opportunity to seek His mercy and blessings.
On this occasion, Dr. Bilal prayed for the betterment of the people and hoped that the holy night would bring Allah’s blessings. He also prayed that the auspicious occasion would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of peace and prosperity.
Meanwhile, District Administration on the directions of the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat have made all necessary arrangements on the eve of religious occasion to facilitate the devotees at Hazratbal and other prominent shrines of the District.
A special Control Room has also been established for proper coordination among the line Departments to ensure smooth observance of the religious obligations.
