Kulgam : A meeting to review the progress achieved under Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) was convened on Friday by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan at the Mini-Secretariat, here.
During the meeting, DC instructed the line departments to speed up the process of applications on different portals so that quarterly financial & physical targets are achieved well in time.
The DC reviewed progress under HADP, DAKSH Kisan, Kisan Khadmit Ghars (KKGs), Kisan Credit Card (KCC), JK Comprehensive Agriculture and Allied Implementation Project (JKCIP), and Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME).
It was given out in the meeting that a total of 22114 applications have been received till date out of which 18400 applications have been approved by line departments.
Chief Agriculture Officer (CAO) Kulgam presented a comprehensive report on the progress of these schemes.
The DC instructed the lead bank manager to increase the credit linkage of beneficiaries so that the conversation cycle will continue.
He also instructed the officers to finalize the geo tag locations of units to be established so that agreement is done well in time.
Later, the DC assessed the implementation status of various agricultural and developmental schemes in Agriculture & allied sectors in the district.
The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Bashir Ahmad Wani; ACR, Chief Planning Officer, Lead Bank Manager, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Horticultural Officer and other Officers of line departments.
