Srinagar : In order to review the Action Plan regrading vision document 2047 for carrying out development process in Srinagar District over next 25 years, a meeting was held on the directions of Deputy Commissioner(DC) Srinagar Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat here on Thursday in the Meeting Hall of DC Office Complex.
Besides, Chief Planning Officer Srinagar, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, the meeting was attended by General Manager DIC, Deputy Director Employment, Assistant Commissioner Development, Assistant Commissioner Revenue and other Officers of line Departments.
During the meeting a comprehensive discussion was held involving key departmental goals aimed at transforming the District into a model of progress and sustainability.
The participants were sensitized about the objectives of the Vision document 2047 with detailed roadmap of all the sectors to be followed till 2047 for development and all other aspects with focused attention on connectivity, modern infrastructure, protection of environment, transparent governance keeping community at the core of all the developmental process.
On the occasion, it was impressed upon all the Officers to furnish a comprehensive Action Plan along with the objectives to be achieved. The Officers were also asked to incorporate sector wise strategies to meet specific targets with focus on local resource utilization, private investment and involvement of community for inclusive development.
