Addressing the gathering, Chairman DDC emphasized that the week-long activities as part of Prashasan Gaon ki Ore are aimed to disseminate information about various welfare schemes and ensure public grievances are addressed at their doorsteps.
He said these initiatives are part of efforts to enhance public outreach, raise awareness about government programmes and directly engage with the public to understand and resolve their issues effectively.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner highlighted the introduction of various online services, including revenue records, ration cards, and Tap water and electricity connections, emphasizing the convenience and efficiency these services bring to the public.
